Recommended Routes

Lerici – Punta Corvo – Foce del Fiume Magra

The wildest route starts from Lerici towards one of the most beautiful villages in Europe: Tellaro!

This final part of the Ligurian coast ends at the mouth of the Magra river, which marks the border with Tuscany, and is characterized by numerous bays and beaches, some of which can only be reached from the sea.

Lerici - Porto Venere – Le Rosse/Le Nere

Leaving Lerici you will sail along the coast and in front of the beaches of Lido, Venere Azzurra, the town of San Terenzo and the Baia Blu.

From the tip of Santa Teresa you enter the natural gulf of La Spezia with its nurseries of muscles and oysters on one side and the numerous military, commercial and pleasure boating yards on the other. Interesting is the village of Le Grazie (Rìa in dialect) known for its vintage boats, the excavations of a Roman villa and for being the base of the raiders of the Navy.

Lerici – Palmaria e Tino

The two islands on the other side of the gulf are only 3 miles from Lerici and are a fixed stop for the classic boat days of the residents in the area, there are several anchorages around the Palmaria island, clearly visible for the numerous boats.

Il Tino is a military island and it is forbidden to go down, but the anchorage on the nearby islet, the Tinetto, is very suggestive, as is sailing outside the two islands, returning to the Portovenere canal to admire the millenary church of San Pietro overlooking the sea and the small bay called Grotta Byron.
